Lemon Glaze Cake

From the kitchen of: Nancy Kleiss, Gladwin, MI
Ingredients: Cake
1 pkg. lemon velvet cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c water
3/4 c salad oil

Ingredients: Glaze
3 c powdered sugar
1/4 c Real Lemon Juice (Brand)
3 Tbs melted butter
3 Tbs boiling water
Beat together all cake ingredients for 4 minutes. Pour into two greased loaf pans or one 9x13 pan. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together all lemon glaze ingredients. When cake is done, poke holes from top to bottom of cake (about 60). Allow to cool 5 minutes, then pour lemon glaze over top, letting it fill all the holes on the cake.
