Nacho Grande Casserole - Church Investors Fund

Nacho Grande Casserole

Yields: 1 - 13"x9" pan

1 lb ground beef
      choppped onion (desired amount)
1 pkg taco seasoning
16 oz jar picante sauce 
      thawed frozen corn (desired amount) 
      *cooked rice (desired amount)
1 can black beans, drained
8 oz  low fat sour cream
      sliced black olives
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

*Can use 1 pkg Uncle Ben's 90-second microwave rice.
Lightly grease 13"x9" pan. Layer the following in order: browned ground beef and onion, add taco seasoning and 4 oz. picante sauce - corn - rice - black beans - sour cream - black olives - remaining picante sauce - cheese. Cover. Back at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until hot.
